Our Commitment to Flexibility
We understand that plans can change, so we’ve designed our policy with flexibility in mind:
Full refund of your deposit if you cancel 30 days or more before the workshop (less processing fees).
If you cancel within 30 days, the deposit will be retained, but we will refund the remaining balance in full (less processing fees).
In rare circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or illness, we will do our best to reschedule or offer refunds as appropriate.
